Trul Khor

Trul Khor Yoga
Retreat with Darek Orwat in Wilga

Recognize and feel your life energy that harmonizes the body, emotions and the mind.

 1-3 lipca 2016

Cziamma Ling, al. Huberta 4, 08-470 Wilga.

This course is recommended for newbies willing to participate in the retreat with Alejadro Chaoul in August, which is the second retreat in the 4 year cycle of Trul Khor teachings instructed by Alejandro.

Tsa Lung Trul Khor are yogic exercises from the ancient cycle of Dzogchen teachings of the Yungdrung Bön tradition. These ancient exercises have remained secret until not so long ago. Now, we can learn and practice them thanks to Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche who decided to openly transmit these precious teachings.

According to the Trul Khor yoga system, the body, energy and the mind are three gates leading us to the realization. When these three aspects become integrated thanks to Trul Khor exercises, they support one another in the process of removal of all disturbances in the way we operate. Each Trul Khor yoga exercise loosens and removes physical, energy, emotional and mental blocks. Thanks to Trul Khor exercises, our life energy can move freely, purify us, strengthen and heal us. When we break free of negative patterns, we experience an opening that guides us to the discovery of the potential of our existence.

The exercises regulate life processes, streamline the functions of internal organs, add vital power, expand sensory perception, improve memory and intellectual abilities, balance emotions, calm the mind and bring about the experience of calmness and relaxation.  When we experience a more open state of awareness, positive qualities start manifesting naturally. For more advanced practitioners, Trul Khor exercises are a gate to the more open and stable abiding in the natural state of the mind. In the past, the yogis retained good health and attained unique abilities thanks to the Trul Khor practice.

Breathing practices, five Tsa Lung exercises and two cycles of Trul Khor exercises will be transmitted during the course: Ngondro Trul Khor and Chiedrag Gegsel. Particular stress will be laid on practices with the breath that develop the ability to feel the subtle aspect of the breath (Lung, Prana). The experience of a subtle aspect of breath introduces a deeper, more internal dimension of the practice. Through the living experience of the subtle energy, we attain the ability to remove negative energy patterns that block our true potential.

Those interested in Tsa lung - Trul Khor practices will be able to continue their studies during training courses to be held in the future. A course with Alejandro Chaoul-Reich, the main teacher of the Trul Khor yoga at the Ligmincha Institute in the West will take place on August 22-24, 2016. The course will consist of two cycles, offering an opportunity for all those willing to commit themselves to the practice of Trul Khor to expand their experience.

“I know many adepts of yoga who focus on beneficial physical effects, on the fact that they look better and feel better thanks to it while having no idea that yogic postures and breathing techniques can help attain a higher realization of awareness. On the other hand, there are yogis advanced in higher meditations of the mind and prana who neglect the physical dimension of their practice. It is much more likely that the ultimate goal of self-realization will be attained by those practitioners who understand the subtle interactions of the body, speech and mind”.
