I’m 51 years old and for the las 28 years I’ve been a happy husband and father. I came across buddist teachings in the 1970s while looking for my own spiritual path. In 1983 I took refuge and started regular practice in Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism which was at that time the only school in Poland. In 1992 I had the privlidge of receiving Dzogchen Teachings from Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche and to him I owe my first contact with Bon.

Thanks to the teachings of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche I was made aware, of how precious  and unique the Jungdrung Bon Tradition was. With a group of friends I co-organized Rinpoche’s first lectures in Poznań and had the honer of meeting him in person. Since 1997 as Umdze appointed by Rinpoche I have been conducting Bon practices in Poznań. A decisive moment in my practice was meeting of His Eminence Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche and receivig teachings of Mother Tantra in 2001, as well as meeting His Holiness Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche and receiving from him Dzogchen Teachings in 2006. In 2011 I participated in the 2nd International Lishu Institute Retreat which was organized in honor of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche’s 50th birtday. I became an instructor of Garuda Association in 2011.

He lives and practices in Wrocław where he’s employed as an assistant professor at the Institute of  International Studies at the University of Wrocław. In 1997 he received a PhD of international public law at Jagielonian University.

I have been practicing Yungdrung Bon for well over a decade now. In this time I have  received teachings from most renowned Teachers in this tradition. Tibetan yoga practices of Tsa Lung and Trul Khor have played a very important role on my spiritual path. Trul Khor practices have been bestowed on me by Alejandro Chaoul Reich who is the main instructor of Trul Khor in Yungdrung Bon tradition in the west. I feel ever so grateful to Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and Alejandro Chaoul Reich for allowing me the possibility of studying these wonderful teachings and practices. During the last couple of years under the tutelage of Alejandro Chaoul Reich I have been prepering to become an instructor. I have been Tsa Lung instructor from 2012 and since that time I have been conducting courses.

If anybody (from Poland or abroad) wants to invite our instructor to his/her city, please write to one of them.
