Jedna z Trzech Mantr Esencji Yungdrung Bön – mantra MA TRI – od stuleci należy do najważniejszych praktyk przekazywanych w tradycji Bön.
10–11 października 2026 roku Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpocze przekaże nauki oraz inicjację mantry MA TRI w naszej krakowskiej Gompie oraz online na platformie Zoom.
Praktyka MA TRI związana jest z Buddą Tönpą Shenrabem, Sherab Chammą oraz sześcioma przejawieniami odpowiadającymi sześciu światom samsary. Jej recytacji towarzyszy medytacja i wizualizacja światła, które oczyszcza zaciemnienia nasze i innych istot. Tekst praktyki wyraża aspirację, aby istoty sześciu światów uwolniły się od cierpienia i osiągnęły stan Buddy.
Praktyka z mantrą MA TRI nie ogranicza się jedynie do recytacji. Obejmuje wzbudzenie bodhicitty, wizualizację, otrzymywanie błogosławieństw i inicjacji, recytację oraz dedykację zasługi.
W tradycyjnych tekstach opisuje się ją jako lampę rozpraszającą mrok niewiedzy, ogień spalający zaciemnienia i rzekę oczyszczającą negatywne emocje.
Nauki poprowadzi Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpoche – mistrz Sutry, Tantry i Dzogczen oraz jeden z wybitnych znawców tradycji rytualnej Yungdrung Bön. Rinpocze kształcił się w klasztorze Menri pod kierunkiem m.in. XXXIII Menri Trizina Lungtoka Tenpai Nyimy Rinpoche oraz Yongdzina Tenzina Namdaka Rinpoche. W 1994 roku uzyskał tytuł Geshe, a obecnie jest opatem Barle Gompa w Dolpo w Nepalu.
Jego wieloletnia praktyka i studia obejmują nie tylko nauki filozoficzne i medytacyjne, ale także rytuały, tworzenie mandali, torm, składanie ofiar oraz grę na tradycyjnych instrumentach i sztuki rytualne Bön.
Zapraszamy wszystkich pragnących otrzymać autentyczny przekaz tej głębokiej praktyki i poznać ją bezpośrednio pod kierunkiem doświadczonego mistrza tradycji Yungdrung Bön. Zapraszamy wszystkich praktykujących, a także osoby, które jeszcze się nie zetknęły ze starożytną mądrością Tybetu i tradycją Yungdrung Bön, lecz pragną ją poznać.

OM MA TRI MU YE SA LE DU Mantra – Teachings and Initiation
One of the Three Essence Mantras of Yungdrung Bön, the MA TRI mantra has for centuries been one of the most important practices transmitted within the Bön tradition.
On 10–11 October 2026, Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpoche will give teachings and the initiation into the MA TRI mantra at our gompa in Kraków and online via Zoom.
The MA TRI practice is connected with Buddha Tönpa Shenrab, Sherab Chamma, and the six manifestations corresponding to the six realms of samsara. Its recitation is accompanied by meditation and the visualisation of light that purifies the obscurations of ourselves and other beings. The practice text expresses the aspiration that the beings of the six realms may be freed from suffering and attain Buddhahood.
The practice of the MA TRI mantra is not limited to recitation alone. It includes generating bodhicitta, visualisation, receiving blessings and initiation, mantra recitation, and the dedication of merit.
Traditional texts describe it as a lamp that dispels the darkness of ignorance, a fire that burns away obscurations, and a river that washes away negative emotions.
The teachings will be given by Khenpo Nyima Kunkyap Rinpoche – a master of Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen, and one of the foremost experts on the ritual tradition of Yungdrung Bön. Rinpoche studied at Menri Monastery under, among others, the 33rd Menri Trizin, Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche, and Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche. In 1994, he was awarded the Geshe degree, and he is currently the abbot of Barle Gompa in Dolpo, Nepal.
His many years of practice and study encompass not only philosophical and meditative teachings, but also rituals, the creation of mandalas and tormas, the making of ritual offerings, the playing of traditional instruments, and the ritual arts of Bön.
We warmly invite everyone who wishes to receive the authentic transmission of this profound practice and learn it directly under the guidance of an experienced master of the Yungdrung Bön tradition. The teachings are open both to experienced practitioners and to those who have not yet encountered the ancient wisdom of Tibet and the Yungdrung Bön tradition, but would like to learn more about it.
The teachings will be held in person at our Kraków gompa at 17/4 Stradomska Street and online via Zoom.
