W czasie kursu 9-11 sierpnia Gesze Gyatso udzieli nauk na temat podstaw praktyki tummo (medytacji wewnętrznego żaru i błogości). Każdy może uczestniczyć. Udział w tym kursie pozwala na uczestnictwo w kursie tummo z Tenzinem Wangyalem Rinpocze 13-18 sierpnia 2024.

Tłumaczenie: Kurs w języku angielskim, z tłumaczeniem na polski i inne języki.

During the August 9-11 course, Geshe Gyatso will give teachings on the basics of tummo practice. Anyone is welcome to attend. Participation in this course allows you to attend the tummo course with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche August 13-18, 2024.

Translation: Course in English, with translation into Polish and other languages.
